With a focus on delivering unmatched audio-visual experiences, we serve a diverse clientele ranging from luxury homeowners and audiophiles to architects and AV integrators.
We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to join our growing team and drive business development across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify, target, and convert new B2B clients (dealers, integrators, architects) and grow partnerships with existing clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets aligned with business objectives.
Market Expansion:
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers, home cinema installers, and consultants in the high-end AV industry.
Develop regional sales strategies to support growth in new markets.
Product Expertise:
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our high-end audio-video product offerings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for partners to highlight product features and benefits to their clients.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
- Monitor regional sales performance and provide reports on KPIs, forecasts, and competitor activities.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaboration & Events:
- Collaborate with marketing teams for local campaigns, product launches, and trade shows.
- Represent the brand at events and exhibitions to enhance visibility and generate new leads.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the AV or luxury products industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence high-end clientele.
- Industry Knowledge: Passion for high-fidelity audio and advanced video technologies is preferred.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the designated area to meet clients and attend events.
- Tools: Ability to learn/experience in CRM systems.
