🎯 Role Overview

This is not a typical social media role.

You will be responsible for shooting, editing, posting, and scaling content that makes Vital:

• Recognizable
• Aspirational
• Impossible to ignore

Your goal 👉 Turn Vital into the most talked-about AV brand in the UAE

📸 What You’ll Do:

🎥 Content Creation

  •  Shoot high-quality photo & video content at:

  •  Our Experience Centre

  •  Client project sites

  •  Product demos

  •  Capture cinematic, clean, high-end visuals (not random phone clips)

✂️ Editing & Production

  •  Edit reels, shorts, and long-form content for:

  •  Instagram

  •  YouTube

  •  TikTok

  •  LinkedIn

  •  Add:

  •  Hooks

  •  Captions

  •  Transitions

  •  Music

  •  Maintain a premium, consistent visual identity

📅 Content Strategy & Calendar

  •  Plan and execute a monthly content calendar

  •  Balance:

  •  Educational content

  •  Entertaining content

  •  Product showcases

  •  Project highlights

  •  Ensure daily/consistent posting

📱 Social Media Management

  •  Post and manage content across platforms

  •  Write engaging captions tailored to each platform

  •  Respond to comments and DMs

  •  Track performance and optimize content

🧠 Creative Direction

  •  Come up with viral-worthy ideas

  •  Turn boring products into interesting stories

  •  Stay on top of trends — but adapt them to a luxury brand tone

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Must-have:

  •  Strong videography + editing skills

  •  Experience with tools like:

  •  Final Cut Pro / Premiere Pro

  •  CapCut (for fast edits)

  •  Understanding of:

  •  Instagram Reels

  •  YouTube Shorts

  •  TikTok trends

Bonus:

  •  Experience shooting luxury / architecture / tech content

  •  Basic understanding of audio/video equipment

  •  Ability to handle camera gear (Sony / similar)
