With a focus on delivering unmatched audio-visual experiences, we serve a diverse clientele ranging from luxury homeowners and audiophiles to architects and AV integrators.
We are seeking a Technical Project Coordinator who can act as the operational right hand to our leadership team. This role involves working alongside client-appointed integrators, contractors, designers and industry partners to ensure seamless project coordination and technical oversight across luxury AV installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure smooth execution of AV fit-outs and cinema room builds.
- Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, client-appointed contractors, and consultants to manage day-to-day site activity.
- Attend site meetings, document progress, and ensure alignment with design and acoustic specifications.
- Review and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD or similar) to verify site readiness and installation details.
- Flag and resolve site-level issues to keep projects running on time and within scope.
- Support documentation, BOQs, checklists, and snagging reports to ensure zero-defect handovers.
- Communicate clearly with all stakeholders to maintain clarity, alignment, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure installations align with our premium brand values and quality expectations.
- Maintain CRM and PMS for accurate documentation and communication across teams.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of project coordination experience in interior fit-out, MEP, AV, or construction environments.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD (ability to read, mark up, and coordinate drawings).
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- UAE driving license and own vehicle (required for site visits).
- Passion for high-performance AV and design-led spaces is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently under pressure.
