We are seeking a Technical Project Coordinator who can act as the operational right hand to our leadership team. This role involves working alongside client-appointed integrators, contractors, designers and industry partners to ensure seamless project coordination and technical oversight across luxury AV installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines and ensure smooth execution of AV fit-outs and cinema room builds.
• Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, client-appointed contractors, and consultants to manage day-to-day site activity.
• Attend site meetings, document progress, and ensure alignment with design and acoustic specifications.
• Review and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD or similar) to verify site readiness and installation details.
• Flag and resolve site-level issues to keep projects running on time and within scope.
• Support documentation, BOQs, checklists, and snagging reports to ensure zero-defect handovers.
• Communicate clearly with all stakeholders to maintain clarity, alignment, and client satisfaction.
• Ensure installations align with our premium brand values and quality expectations.
• Maintain CRM and PMS for accurate documentation and communication across teams.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of project coordination experience in interior fit-out, MEP, AV, or construction environments.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD (ability to read, mark up, and coordinate drawings).
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• UAE driving license and own vehicle (required for site visits).
• Passion for high-performance AV and design-led spaces is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently under pressure.
